Refund & Returns Policy
Your coffee experience means everything to us! Salt River Coffee Company guarantees the freshness of our specialty coffee roasts. To ensure this, every bag/case has the “roast date”. All of our products are packaged to retain optimal freshness and are considered so for up to one year from the roast date. We are committed that you have the best coffee experience possible.
If it’s not fresh roasted within 30 days of your order, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right at no extra charge to you. We are committed that you have the best coffee experience possible.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have an issue with your product, then we encourage you to reach out and give us the opportunity to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can work to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our gift boxes and custom products (such as special orders, private roasts, or personalized and private label items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and your refund will be less than the cost of shipping on your original order. Additionally, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
